Key Responsibilities

Product marketing is the strategic function of positioning, messaging, and promoting a product to the right audience, ensuring alignment between customer needs and the product's value proposition. In the SaaS and MarTech industries, it plays a critical role by driving adoption, differentiating products in competitive markets, and enabling sales teams with tailored messaging.

Effective product marketing ensures that complex, technology-driven solutions are easily understood and compellingly positioned to meet the dynamic demands of these industries.

  1. Go-to-Market (GTM) for Features

Support the PMM process for minor feature launches :

  • Attend product meetings
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Care, Marketing, Client Training)
  • Lead customer-façing communication
Analyze feature adoption :
  • Identify underused features
  • Uncover challenges (via client interviews)
  • Implement tailored action plans (e.g., articles, webinars)
  1. Sales Enablement & Training

Coordinate salesplay sessions :

  • Identify the right participants
  • Showcase customer success stories
  • Create engaging materials (quizzes, memos..)
  • Collaborate with Sales Enablement to design relevant follow-up training questions
  1. Strategic Content Creation

Help to innovate how we share the Product Voice internally :

  • Create engaging content (videos / podcasts) on various themes (market trends / features / AI etc.)
  • Help sales to support client discussions
  1. Competitive Analysis

Help to conduct competitor research :

  • Research and synthesize competitor and market intel
  • Develop battlecards for prioritized competitors
  • Ideate innovative internal communications plan roll out of materials
  1. Event Support

Assist in preparing for event (webinars, UGC clubs) :

  • Suggest relevant topics to address
  1. Customer Stories

Help craft compelling customer success stories :

  • Conduct interviews, drafting insights, and validating content

Requirements

What We Are Looking For ?

We are looking for a profile who has an interest in Product Marketing and who had a first internship in Sales, Marketing or Product field.

Ideally you are in your Master's studies and want to have a meaningful experience in an international environment.

You are keen to learn and try new things, you're known for your test-and-learn mindset.

You are very structured and know how to prioritize and work on different subjects at the same time.

You are a team-player and love to work with other people, be part of a team and achieve successes all together.

You are fluent in French and in English (at a professional level).

You are available ASAP or in September for an apprenticeship.
