PPaaS ambition is to build a world-class, cloud-based Payments Platform as a Service (PPaaS) that empowers our ecosystem of clients and partners to offer their merchant customers state-of-the-art payment and commerce solutions available anytime, anywhere.Mission: SRE - Datacenter Services is responsible for defining the cloud strategy and manage the adaption process by leveraging best practices of Well-Architected Framework. Own and complete key tasks and deliverables, and collaborate with others to define and implement optimal, complete solutions based on stakeholders needs.
SRE datacenter Services team is responsible for enabling Platform as a Service model. This includes the definition and the delivery of a broad range of technological bricks, including monitoring, alerting, logging, account, and resource management, etc.
Responsibilities: Diagnose, and resolve complex network and computer system issues Manage and administer servers, networks, and applications such as DNS, FTP, and Web Provide solutions to complex problems on the integration of various technologies Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of network administration and firmware integration Monitor the environmental conditions of a data canter to ensure they are optimum for servers, routers, and other devices Calibrate and monitor data canter servers to ensure efficient performance Collaborate with IT handlers, sales, and data canter managers to develop action plan for improved operations DC services like: BCP/DR, Mirroring, hardening, and clustering etc.
Resolve operational, infrastructure or hardware incidents in a data center. Collaborating with the IT persons or data centre managers to develop the action plans for improved operations Lead tasks relating to system architecture enhancements, problem management, fleet management, process improvement, reporting, product integration and customer infrastructure Ensure the control, integrity, and accessibility of the cloud environment Implements large, complex enterprise-class solutions Collaborate and share knowledge with other Engineers and Administrators on the support floor Cloud Engineer Experience: Strong knowledge of Cloud Platform Products such as Google Cloud ( 5-7 yrs hands-on experience) Experience with Linux and Windows Server system administration A team player capable of high performance, flexibility in a dynamic working environment and the ability to lead Passionate about technology and has a desire to constantly expand technical knowledge Demonstrate sound problem-solving skills coupled with a desire to take on responsibility Technical skills: Cloud expertise, ideally on GCP, at least on AWS.
