As the leader of a team of Economists, your mission is to put science into decision making.Responsibilities include:?Creating a single source of truth for vehicle performance, customer engagement and feature usage?Partnering with various engineering and software leaders to identify and scope mission critical questions?Lead translator, ensuring that insights and recommendations are communicated across disciplines successfully?Develop and own centralized, global definitions and business logic for all vehicle and software metrics ?Create a single global visualization platform providing both near real-time and batched performance reporting?Ensure high quality retrospective analysis of user experience, segmentation, retention and monetization?Meaningfully impact mobile app and IOT feature performance with digital reporting and ad-hoc analysis?Identify data instrumentation needs and work with our data engineering team to ensure successful implementation?Demonstrate servant leadership skills in the creation and subsequent development of the new team's talent Top Performers will be able to demonstrate?Measurable consumer engagement impact through analysis, retrospective analysis or products built ?Measurable revenue impact through analysis, retrospective analysis or products built?Measurable consumer experience impact through analysis, retrospective analysis or products built?Measurable efficiencies in products, tools and agile development processes?Qualitative and quantitative deductions from experimentation that lead to product optimization?Proactive leadership leading to a positive impact on their team's culture ProfilSkills?10+ years of experience, preferably in technology, gaming, entertainment or consumer products ?Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Math or related field; Ph.D.
