Job Description
Reporting to the Global Director Digital Experience & Performance, the Senior Manager will drive the E-Commerce business by managing product, content, and performance across multiple projects on Raffles.com and other direct channels. This role is critical for creating, maintaining, and enhancing brand assets related to Raffles, aiming to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
- Develop projects to boost revenue generation on key direct channels for the brand (RA.com, ALL.com, APP and hotel micro-websites)
- Responsible for defining, documenting, prioritizing, and communicating requirements throughout all stages of the product lifecycle
- Ensure that products meet and exceed the Highest Standards
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of digital initiatives
- 6+ years of Diverse experience in a Digital & E-commerce department
- High performance and success in previous roles
- Project background with Product culture
- Strong understanding of digital technologies, platforms, tools, including web analytics, CMS systems
