The Role Within the Client Director role you will identify and secure revenue opportunities that facilitate business unit growth whilst providing clients with relevant business building solutions, driving the business unit to succeed and achieve monthly revenue targets.
You will be responsible for client success, ensuring that contracted deliverables and project work is delivered on time, on budget and to target.Another important aspect of this role will be to work on account growth plans - including continuations, renewals, identification of new opportunities, you will have the experience that will allow you to identify and convert new client opportunities spending time with your clients to understand key challenges.
You will provide senior and ?industry expert? point of contact to offer strategic direction and management of your clients, create and present insight presentations and proposals, ensuring they are of the highest standard and indirectly manage the service delivery team for your clients.
