Work in Greece - French Speaking Customer Support Role with Relocation Package

• Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in French.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding services, products, or any other related concerns.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece.
• Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
• Knowledge of customer service software is a plus.
