Youll be part of one global team where you can learn fast and stay true to yourself. ?What you'll do :Reporting to the Head of compensation & benefits group, you will support the global activities and projects of the C&B team (Head of C&B group based in Paris + Compensation Manager group based in NYC).
You will also participate in initiatives that will have a real impact on supporting a growing business and specific compensation issues in a global or local context.Your missions : Conduct data analysis and generate meaningful insights to drive pay decisions and program design.
Develop creative methods for compiling and preparing data for various reviews. Conduct market studies and analysis on compensation data and pay practices that informs internal pay policies and practices. Handle the participation to annual salary surveys with our providers.
Support in the development and maintenance of local policies and processes (compensation review cycles, newcomers adjustments process). Participate in different global or local compensation projects. Participate in managing business/HRBPs queries/issues and escalate them where appropriate.
Check data and update HR IS tools.Your profile : Master degree and around at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a compensation specialist/analyst ideally in a global or multi-regional environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret data, to understand trends and develop recommendations based on the analysis. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to establish/maintain excellent working relationships with business and people leaders at various levels in the organization.

Ability to work collaboratively, take initiative and be solution oriented in a growing environment and a matrix organization. Good level knowledge of compensation practices and principles. High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and databases. Success factor experience is a plus. Fluent English, French
