Life Science Consultant, Agile Coach Responsibilities Coach up to 3 teams of 7-9 members Build internal capabilities within the team to ensure they are adopting a new way of working focusing on outcomes over outputs based on our client methodology Ensure that the methodology includes creating the product vision and implementation from strategy to product roadmap Empower the teams while providing strategic vision and focus on outcomes Set up and achieve key performance indicators and metrics Develop an environment, which fosters a collaborative, innovative and high-performing organization Independently drive one or more coaching engagements in a matrix organization Engage with senior leadership and executives and bringing them along on the journey including understanding their role in alignment with the client culture Enable and support complex digital projects under significant level of uncertainty and novelty Ensure agile ways of working are applied Educate all partners in agile planning phases and approaches Ensure a standard and well-adapted approach to agile development from across internal and external teams Ensure that learnings/know-how from the clients existing digital initiatives are leveraged and linked to maximize the value Drive improvements from a process, people, and tools perspective with tangible results Minimum requirements Experience with global teams in an agile environment as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master or equivalent role Strong, client enterprise agile mindset and knowledge Experienced partner management and/or business consulting skills Evident track record in large, global, multi-team projects dealing with sophisticated process areas and business groups Highly diligent, outstanding attention to detail and strong follow-up skills Proficiency in MS Tools, JIRA & MIRO or equivalent Ability to work with others in a fast paced, fluid, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills at all management levels Proficient English (written and spoken) Desirable requirements Experience in the Life Science and Health Care industry (i.e. Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Biotech etc.) is desired. Specialist understanding of agile and other relevant methodologies and frameworks (i.e. Scrum, Teal, SAFe ITIL, GxP, CSV, ICP, etc.). Creative and servant leadership as well as self-management principles.
Additional important information Candidates pursuing the roles in APAC must have Mandarin or Japanese (written & spoken). Candidates pursuing the role in Europe should have German (written & spoken). Candidates must be prepared to travel up to 80% where required.We have several openings in APAC, US & Europe. The openings are at varying levels of relevant expertise (Junior, Intermediate & Expert).
