Remote Sales Executive - Recruitment Services (Freelance)

Herrera Headhunters is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive - Recruitment Services to take full ownership of the sales process for our recruitment services. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and managing client relationships.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, prepared to work autonomously, able to independently source leads through a variety of methods, and eager to identify companies in need of recruitment solutions.

Tasks
  • Autonomous Work: Be prepared to work independently and take initiative in seeking out new business opportunities without constant supervision.
  • Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Take complete responsibility for managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Lead Generation: Independently identify and source potential clients through various means, including cold calling, online research, networking, social media, and attending industry events.
  • Client Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to reach and attract businesses in need of recruitment services.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring a deep understanding of their recruitment needs.
  • Tailored Proposals: Customize sales proposals and presentations to address each client’s unique needs and business objectives.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and Herrera Headhunters.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, client challenges, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.Sales Goals: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales, ideally within the recruitment or staffing industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-source leads and independently generate new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand clients' business needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Highly organized, with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision, while maintaining high levels of motivation and focus.
  • Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Fluent English: Both written and spoken English at a high level is required for client communication.
  • Fluent French: Both written and spoken English at a high level is required for client communication.
